Joyce is a seasoned professional, a public speaker, English Coach and and Mentor. I have been training and mentoring students for over 20 years in the art of public speaking, English Language proficiency, Confidence and leadership skills building and more!

I love to teach! My student is my priority and each student is unique. Not to worry, my style is very simple, fun and highly interactive! Are you a first time Learner or looking to improve your English from basic to professional and expert level? Then, you are in the right place.
To help my students achieve their goals, I adopt below steps:
1. I try to understand the student's needs, personality and goals
2. Plan my lesson with a clear idea of achieving the set goals
3. Prepare my training materials, customized for the student
4. Share the training calendar and agree, jointly
5. Arrange fun activities in the core training, to make learning fun!
6. Give homework - (not to worry, these are usually simple)
7. Mark and review each week's homework together
8. Continually benchmark our progress with the set goals
9. Allow plenty of time for feedback
10. Achieve the main goals, and reward the student!
