About Allison
I was born and raised in New York City, and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona for several years where I developed stories I had previously worked on and transformed them into novels. During the fall of 2025, I began my first semester as a graduate student for Creative Writing at the Savannah College of Art and Design. The goal is to be a published novelist, as well as a freelance writer in a variety of genres. I have experience with history writing, fiction writing, and non-fiction writing. I love mysteries, personal stories, and believe any story written strongly is worth reading. There are many valuable things I have learned about the craft of writing that I am confident I can support others to develop their own craft, as well.

For the past five years, I have written, edited, and self-published five books--three poetry books, and two psychological thriller novels. I will meet you where you are at, in terms of writing, style, reading, and provide feedback, examples, even short exercises for you to use to develop your skill. You will do the work to get better, I will simply be a guide for you to learn where to get better, how to do so, and apply it.
