About Kaitlin
My name is Kaitlin Padayachee, a psychology honours graduate and current master's student. My work with children on the autism spectrum has deepened my understanding of individual learning differences and strengthened my passion for education. I want to teach because I believe in the power of learning to transform lives. Teaching allows me to combine my love for psychology with my desire to make a direct impact—helping students build confidence, curiosity, and the tools they need to succeed. I find great fulfilment in guiding others toward understanding, growth, and independence, and I view every student as capable of achieving their potential when given the right support and encouragement.
