About Patrícia
Hi! I’m Patrícia, originally from Brazil and currently living in the UK. As someone who had to learn English from scratch, I understand the challenges, insecurities, and frustrations that can come with learning the language. I worked hard to develop my English skills to the level required to become a teacher in the UK, so I truly understand what students are going through and can put myself in their shoes.
I’m passionate about languages, literature, travelling, and different cultures. My lessons are supportive, relaxed, and encouraging, helping students build confidence and improve step by step in a comfortable environment.

Qualified English teacher with QTS, DBS checked, and over 15 years of teaching experience in Brazil and the UK. I currently teach English in a UK secondary school and specialise in GCSE English, KS3, ESL/EAL, reading comprehension, essay writing, and Cambridge exam preparation.
My lessons are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building confidence, improving skills step by step, and helping students achieve their goals in a calm and encouraging environment.
