About Abbie
My name is Abbie, and I am a caring, patient, and dedicated SNA who is passionate about supporting young people in their learning and personal development. I have always enjoyed working with students and helping them build confidence in themselves, both inside and outside the classroom.
I want to teach and support students because I believe every child deserves to feel understood, encouraged, and capable of succeeding. I find it rewarding to help students overcome challenges, recognize their strengths, and reach goals they may not have thought possible. Seeing a student grow in confidence, independence, and ability is what motivates me most.
As an SNA, I bring a calm and positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment. I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and adapting to each student’s individual needs. My aim is to make a positive difference in students’ lives by helping them feel comfortable, included, and motivated to learn.
I am passionate about education because I know that the right support and encouragement can have a lasting impact on a student’s future, and I would be proud to contribute to that journey.

My personal approach as an SNA is centred on patience, trust, encouragement, and understanding each student as an individual. I believe every student learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive and positive environment where they feel safe, respected, and confident to participate. I work to build strong relationships with students by listening carefully, recognising their strengths, and helping them overcome challenges at their own pace.
I aim to encourage independence while also providing the reassurance and support students need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I use clear communication, consistency, and positive reinforcement to help students stay engaged and motivated. Above all, I want students to feel valued, capable, and proud of their progress, no matter how small the steps may be.
My goal is not only to support learning but also to help each student develop confidence, self-belief, and a positive attitude towards education
