About Jade

**About Me**

Hello, I'm Jade, a qualified primary teacher and Head of English with over seven years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have taught across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, led English across a school, and supported children with a wide range of learning needs and abilities.

I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence and discover that they can be successful learners. My lessons are nurturing, engaging and tailored to each child, creating a positive environment where they feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions and developing new skills.

As both a teacher and a parent, I understand the importance of building strong relationships with children and families. My aim is not only to improve academic outcomes but also to foster a love of reading, writing and learning that lasts long beyond the lesson itself.

About the lesson

My lessons are carefully tailored to each child’s individual needs, strengths and interests. Whether your child needs support with reading, writing, spelling and grammar, preparation for SATs or simply a boost in confidence, sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive and enjoyable.

As a qualified teacher and Head of English with over seven years of classroom experience, I use a range of high-quality texts, practical activities and proven teaching strategies to help children make excellent progress. Lessons focus on developing key skills whilst fostering a genuine love of reading and learning.

I work with children from Years 1–9 and offer both one-to-one and small-group tuition in a calm, welcoming environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.
