About Vimal
With over 15 years of experience spanning education, finance, and corporate sectors, I have cultivated a unique professional journey that combines academic excellence with real-world business acumen. My career began in accountancy, where I earned my CIMA qualification while developing expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and strategic decision-making. This foundation led me to the banking sector, where my innovative approach to process optimisation and client relations earned me the prestigious "Employee of the Year" award, recognising my contributions to revenue growth and operational efficiency. Transitioning into the FMCG sector, I applied my financial expertise to marketing initiatives, completing professional marketing qualifications (including CIM certifications) to lead campaigns that increased brand visibility by 30% in competitive markets. This cross-functional experience honed my ability to bridge data-driven strategy with creative problem-solving – skills I later brought to the education sector. For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to teaching and examination development, creating and assessing exam papers for GCSEs, A-Levels, and professional qualifications across multiple disciplines including mathematics, business studies, and economics. My dual perspective as both an educator and industry professional allows me to design curricula that connect theoretical concepts with practical applications, resulting in measurable improvements – including raising student pass rates by 20% through innovative teaching methodologies. I hold advanced teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTLS) and specialise in adapting pedagogical approaches for diverse learners, from secondary students to adult education participants. What distinguishes my professional journey is the synergy between these roles: my accounting precision informs my exam paper design, my corporate communication skills enhance my teaching delivery, and my marketing experience enables me to present complex concepts accessibly. Whether guiding students through exam preparation, analysing financial systems, or developing strategic campaigns, my approach remains rooted in analytical rigour, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. I welcome opportunities to leverage this multidisciplinary background in educational leadership, examination consultancy, or corporate training roles where my blended expertise can deliver exceptional value.

Vimal provided me fantastic support to get me through my GCSEs for Business Studies and Economics. He provided great indepth knowledge, had a strong idea on what types of questions would come up in the exam, was patient with me and took my knowledge to a significantly higher level.
Vimal is a highly recommended tutor. He is dedicated, gets the best out of students, motivational and works through with a wide range of materials that helped immensely to pass my GCSEs
Fantastic! He helped me get through my crucial A-Levels which helped to get me to my desired University. Without his support, I would not have been able to continue into Medicine. Thankyou!!
Vimal helped my 2 children progress successfully through 11+. Absolutely thrilled as both children have succeeded in getting to a Grammar school which was our first choice. We will continue with Vimal once the children commence Year 7. Thankyou!
Absolutely fantastic tutor and I would like to thank Vimal for his help during my GCSEs. He helped tremendously across Maths, English and all of the Sciences. I really would not have got through these without his help. Thank you!!
Vimal is a dedicated, commited, genuine and very passionate person as it relates to teaching and friendships. He has always gone above and beyond on a number of occasions to handle issues of other people without any fanfare. Vimal is a very humble person. I have known him through teaching associations and a London hiking group for over 3 years. He is an exceptional teacher and individual. I have 100% confidence in him as an individual and as a fellow teacher.
