About Sophie
About Me I trained at RADA and am now a working actor, model, and voice-over artist. I’ve just finished performing two UK shows and am currently working on a five-part crime drama. Being in the industry means I know firsthand what casting directors and drama schools are looking for and I bring that experience into everything I do. My journey hasn’t always been straightforward. I took a break from acting and faced challenges with confidence and self-image, including struggling with cystic acne. Rebuilding myself led me to modelling, acting, and voice work, and through that process I learned invaluable lessons about resilience, self-belief, and finding your voice. These experiences now shape the way I approach everything I do, personally and professionally. I’m passionate about helping others grow and find confidence, and I understand what it takes to overcome setbacks, believe in yourself, and succeed in creative industries.

About My Lessons My lessons are supportive, practical, and shaped around what you need. I know how daunting auditions, public speaking, or even just “being seen” can feel — and I’ve been there myself. Training at RADA and working professionally as an actor taught me the same skills I now pass on: how to manage nerves, use your body and voice with confidence, and trust that you have something worth sharing. Here’s what we can cover together: Drama school auditions – choosing and refining monologues, tackling Shakespeare, building audition stamina, and preparing for interviews. Confidence coaching – drawing on my own journey, I’ll help you unlock presence, clarity, and self-belief. We’ll work on voice, posture, breathing, and mindset so you feel grounded and in control — whether that’s on stage, in front of a camera, or in everyday life. Shakespeare – breaking down text so it feels alive and accessible, with practical techniques for rhythm, meaning, and performance. Each session is hands-on, encouraging, and tailored to your goals. I aim to create a safe, energising space where you can take risks, grow in confidence, and discover your unique voice.
