My teaching style is learner-based. I will act more as a guide, aiding the student in his or her studies. I first like to know what the student knows, then go from there. I have a bachelor's degree in English, and I have worked with students from grades 1 to 12.
I am a recent college graduate with a deep love for literature and writing, as well as a passion for helping all students succeed. I have previous experience tutoring as a teacher's assistant in the classroom and after school programs.
My rate is the same for all students of all levels. If the student cancels a lesson, there is still a charge. If I cancel, no charge.
