Methodology

My name is Blair and I am recent graduate from Tufts University, where I received my B.A. in Drama and American Studies. Both of these majors required intense research papers, as well as completing a capstone project in my senior year that encompassed both areas of study.
As a teacher, I have had experience working with elementary children through high school tutoring. Writing, whether it is creative or for a research paper, is so much about style and personal flair that I hope to allow students to explore their own voices through their writing and guide them to what feels most natural. Writing is an art, and while there are grammatical rules and decorum, it is truly a form of self expression. I hope my students can find the joy in writing that I found throughout my education and help them compose their thoughts onto the page.
