As the eldest of nine children, being responsible and helping others has always come naturally. I feel that it is important to help those who may need extra boosting in school wherever possible, in order to make school experiences a more enjoyable one.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, flexible, and student-led. I aim to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel confident asking questions and exploring ideas. I tailor each session to the individual, whether we're reinforcing classwork, preparing for exams, or building foundational skills, I adapt to what works best for them. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and include a mix of explanation, discussion, and practice to keep things dynamic and focused. I believe in nurturing independent thinking and helping students find learning strategies that suit them. I recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh and have experience working one-on-one with students in schools, particularly supporting literacy and comprehension. My lessons are ideal for students aged 11–16 working towards their GCSEs in Spanish, History, or English.
