Our sessions feel more like a conversation than a class, but you’ll still be learning the whole time. Teaching Method & Techniques
My teaching approach is conversation-first and student-centered. I believe people learn English best by using it, not memorizing rules. I focus on real-life conversation, practical vocabulary, and grammar explained in a simple, non-overwhelming way. I correct mistakes gently and naturally, so students build confidence instead of fear. I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals, interests, and learning style.
Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson starts with relaxed conversation to warm up and assess what the student needs that day. From there, we may:
Practice conversation around real-life topics
Learn or review useful vocabulary
Work through grammar using clear examples
Practice pronunciation and natural sentence flow
Lessons are flexible and adjust in real time based on how the student is doing. My goal is for students to leave each session feeling more confident than when they arrived.

I create a supportive, judgment-free environment where mistakes are welcome. I’m both a parent and a student myself, so I understand learning from multiple perspectives — including stress, time limits, and self-doubt. I’m patient, encouraging, and focused on helping students feel understood, not rushed. Many students tell me my lessons feel more like a conversation with a supportive friend than a traditional class.
