I am a retired teacher who loves being able to make a difference in the lives of young people. I understand that life is filled with ups and downs and struggles that may seem overwhelming. My teaching technique incorporates the student's interests into each lesson. I teach to each student's strengths to overcome their weakness. I believe in building positive relationships with my students to build the trust that is necessary to learn. My lessons are gaged for beginning readers/writers all the way up to middle schoolers. I am also an expert in teaching ESL students.
