Methodology

My teaching method is individualized to the student's needs. If needs are indicated in associated topics, I would insure that these are researched and offered to the students. All efforts will be made to insure that the student succeeds in their chosen areas of study.

Qualifications
Having established, owned and managed agencies providing community-based services using my skills as a social worker & an agency owner/administrator, my current goal is to work part-time in some aspect of community service. I have excellent people and resourcing skills and am known for my ability to work through difficult issues. I have provided teaching at the College Level and Employee Training in areas of skill need specified by the Department of Medicaid Services.
I am also interested in working with agency leaders in various areas of administration. My years of experience in agency leadership allow me to bring a great deal to the table in the areas of program & policy development, budget management, training & all areas of human resources. I have established relationships with many Rehabilitation professionals.
I have 32 years’ experience in agency administration, case management for persons with varying disabilities, personnel supervision, budget management, program development and community relations.
