I am an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology environments in healthcare, legal, and business settings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Science, combining a strong academic foundation with decades of real-world industry experience. My expertise includes cybersecurity fundamentals, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, IT support, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I don't just teach concepts from a textbook.
