About Daniel
Hi, my name is Daniel! I have an extensive background in teaching students and helping them to succeed across a variety of subjects. I graduated summa cum laude from UMD, College Park with a dual degree in accounting and finance. I have always had a passion for teaching others. My specialties include SAT math, accounting (I’m a CPA), statistics, and Microsoft Excel. I scored an 800 on the math portion of the SAT and have previously been a TA in college for statistics. I also tutored fellow accounting students throughout my time in college. I pride myself on being able to explain concepts in a digestible manner and helping students to succeed. I have always gone the extra mile to help others learn, especially when I was a TA, and I look forward to continuing this approach as your tutor.
I scored a perfect score on the math section of my SAT. I tutored accounting all throughout college to other students and have extensive expertise in teaching accounting and finance concepts. I also was previously a TA in college for statistics, which was my minor. Being a TA involved teaching a weekly class to 30+ students and also holding weekly office hours for students that needed individual help.
