About Roland

Hello! I'm Roland, native British English tutor who teaches Russian-speaking adults online, one-to-one, from A2 to C2. My lessons help students improve their English for real-life situations — whether that's speaking more confidently at work or on holiday, preparing for job interviews, or developing natural pronunciation for day-to-day conversations.

With several years of experience teaching in language schools across Russia and Bulgaria, as well as extensive private tutoring both abroad and in the UK, I understand how to adapt lessons to different goals and learning styles. My lessons are practical, supportive, and designed around you.

I specialise in:
• Business English (interviews, meetings, presentations)
• British English pronunciation (also known as Received Pronunciation or RP), accent and usage
• General English for work, study, or travel

Привет! Меня зовут Роланд, я носитель британского английского из Великобритании. Я помогаю русскоговорящим взрослым и специалистам улучшать английский для реальных ситуаций — будь то уверенное общение на работе, подготовка к собеседованиям или отработка произношения для повседневных разговоров.

Я преподаю английский уже больше пяти лет: успел поработать в языковых школах в России и Болгарии, а ещё много занимался с учениками индивидуально — и за границей, и здесь, в Великобритании.

About the lesson

Whether you're aiming for a promotion, relocating, or simply want to sound more natural, I’m here to help you get there.

Book a trial lesson and let’s create a plan to reach your English goals together.

Неважно, нужен ли тебе английский для работы или просто для себя: на моих уроках ты станешь увереннее и подтянешь все стороны языка. Записывайся на пробный урок, и мы вместе обсудим, как добраться до твоей цели.

Я публикую советы и лайфхаки по британскому английскому в соцсетях. Заходи в гости — и пиши, если хочешь, чтобы я объяснил тему, которую ещё не разбирал.

I’ve seen firsthand how patient, reliable, and dedicated Roland is. He has a natural ability to explain things clearly and support others in their learning. I know he’ll bring that same care and commitment to his students. He has also lived abroad and travelled extensively and has a keen interest in other cultures and languages.
