About Kevin
I am certified to teach both English and history for grades 7-12. I am a retired teacher, and have a Master's degree in the Art of Teaching. I am also a paid public speaker, and have spoken in front of over 20,000 people in the last two decades. I have founded two companies which create video curriculum centered on storytelling and clear communication and hosted two seasons of a podcast for teachers on the subject of improving schools. Education is my passion and my hobby. People sharing their words and ideas are the core elements of society, and I am excited about chances to continue this work.

I believe that learning should almost be like a ninja, it sneaks up on you. We start with conversation and setting goals for what you want or need, from help with a class, to polishing an essay for admission, to getting the most out of the books you're reading. We use reading and writing everyday, let's make them tools you are comfortable with.
