About Isabel
I am a 3rd year Nutrition and Dietetics student who is learning Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition-related education to be an Accredited Practicing Dietitian by August 2027. I am able to understand the lack of information or nutrition misinformation online, and have been in the position of not knowing nutrition or what is best for my body, my lifestyle and my goals just 2 years back. Throughout the past 2.5 years of my degree, I have learned so much and am able to share nutrition knowledge from a space of loving food, how it nourishes us, and debunking nutrition misinformation online.

My teaching methodology is explaining concepts in easy to understand ways through positive encouragement and reinforcement, and motivational interviewing, viewing nutrition and the body as a whole system, incorporating spiritual wellness into logical, evidence-based nutritional science, while delivering personalised care and knowledge delivery to build your healthy relationship with food.
