About Anya
I would like to see myself as someone who is approachable, confident and relatable. One of my all-time favourite quotes is 'Failure is success if we learn from it'. As a tutor, I want to emphasise to students how important it is to not become deflated by mistakes. Mistakes are crucially important for success, they teach us not only about our working habits but also about ourselves. My love for Sociology started when I chose it for GCSE. In my eyes, it is one of the most important subjects that a student can take. As society is constantly changing, more so than ever, I predict that Sociology will become incredibly valued not only in governmental practice but also in the corporate world.

Personalised tutoring methods. Cohesive and adaptable lessons to fit your needs and learning style. Acquired an A* in Sociology at A-Level and GCSE. Currently predicted a first-class honours Sociology degree at Durham University. The length of each session will be an hour, split into two sections. Firstly, an in-depth lesson into the topic you are struggling with. Then practice with exam questions, we will work together and I will provide you useful feedback that you can use in the real exam.
