My lessons are learner-based and I believe that in order to reach the learners standards you do not have to focus more on curricula but rather focus on passing on the skills, attitudes and knowledge. I plan my lessons before delivering them to learners and I have sufficient teaching aids that will enable me and my learner(s) to go a long way.
