About Elsa
Hi! My name is Elsa, and I am a student at the University of Georgia. I am originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, and I am studying Political Science and Journalism. English was by far my favorite subject in high school; I have a knack for it.
I am incredibly active in my academic community and love hanging out with friends. However, in my free time, I most enjoy reading. I have been an avid reader since I was 5, and you can always find me with my Kindle. My favorite book of all time is To Kill a Mockingbird, but I am always looking for book recommendations.
I look forward to working with you and cannot wait to help you develop your English skills!

Lesson plans and teaching methods:
I do not have exact lesson plans; I tailor each of my lesson plans to meet my students’ needs. No student is the same, and they should receive individualized instruction in the way they learn best. Before we begin our sessions I will send out a form with some basic questions about your objectives and learning style. From there, I will craft a lesson plan tailored to you. All of my tutoring sessions, however, are rooted in open and honest communication and compassion, just like my parents have taught me to do.
