About Payton
I am a current student at National University studying early childhood education and working towards my teaching degree. I have experience in working as a para educator/para professional, substitute teacher, and teacher assistant. I have taught many students and have learned not all students learn the same! I have been trained in each area of different types of learning from visual to hands-on, I will adapt to what the student needs in order to reach their goals.

I get to know each student individually as well as get to know their personal goals. I will provide quick, concise responses for those in a hurry, and slow, methodical teaching for those looking to understand the material on a deeper level. I welcome parent feedback and will alter my methods based on parental goals as well. I am trained in Mclass and teaching IEP students. I have taught students in kindergarten through 6th grade. I am enthusiastic and encouraging with all students I work with! My goal as a tutor is, not only for students to see tangible results, but for students to feel confident and excited about learning!
