About Polina

I teach Russian online since 2012.
I've given over 1,000 lessons to students from all around the world.
I teach mostly in English but I recently started teaching in French. Many of my students went to Russia for the holidays or even for work, they have used the knowledge they acquired during our lessons.
Several of my students passed the examinations and tests of Russian successfully.

About the lesson

Hello! My name is Polina.
I’ve been teaching Russian since 2012.

I can understand how difficult to learn a new language can be as I've also been studying English and French.
Both as a learner and a teacher, I've learned the tricks that can help to make this process easier, faster and engaging.

Do you want to learn Russian for fun? for your job? or for travelling? I would love to be your teacher!
I specialize in beginner to intermediate learners so even if you are just about to start learning Russian, I will guide you, keep you motivated and interested. If you have studied Russian before, we can continue learning together! I will help you to get back on track!

I will build the lessons for you according to your needs and interests, using the necessary material which I provide.

We can have step-by-step lessons based on the textbooks, where we work on all aspects of the language : speaking, listening, reading and writing; or we can have conversations in Russian about topics you are interested in, or we can read and discuss books, texts, articles, or we can watch Russian movies and cartoons with subtitles.

With me, you will progressively increase your vocabulary and will not only learn Russian language, but also Russian culture, traditions and realities.

Last but not least, we will have a lot of fun during our lessons to make learning an enjoyable experience!

If you are interested in taking the lessons with me, please sign up for a free trial lesson and let’s get to know each other, discuss your language goals and how I can help you to reach those goals!

Thank you for reading my profile, I look forward to hearing from you soon!
