I believe in fostering a collaborative learning environment where we explore questions together and delve deep into the answers. My goal is to empower students to develop their own perspectives and construct well-reasoned arguments, preparing them for the challenges of higher education and degrees.
Drawing upon my extensive qualifications and experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to tutoring sessions. I have been called to the Bar as a barrister, and hold two master's degrees in law.
My research work has been published, at times receiving marks of up to 95% in my undergraduate degree. I am also a visiting lecturer at two universities.
I offer my tutoring services at £5 an hour because tutoring is not a means of making money for me (the £5 goes to my coffee fund!). This is because I see tutoring as a way to help students who need it most.
If you are a student from a low-income background or have a disability, I would especially like to hear from you, because I can assist and mentor you in terms of early studies, and also to prepare you for university (I give preference to students from these backgrounds). Together, we can explore the available resources and support tailored to your unique circumstances.

I have a full-time job, and so can only do lessons in the evenings or at weekends via webcam (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
