About Natalie

I have been hosting and teaching young learners English language skills in my home in Kent for over 12 years now, as well as having links with a language school in the city of Canterbury where I am a TEFL teacher and also an Activities Leader.

I am also a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and have been a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy since 2017.

About the lesson

I have experience of teaching teenagers (11 to 18) 1 to 1, as well as in a language school, in classes of up to 15 students. My lessons tend to work in 45 to 60 minute chunks, depending on the number of breaks the student(s) may need. I strive to make my lessons as dynamic and interactive as possible by keeping things current and tailoring them to the interests of the student or students. However, I am also qualified and available to teach English for business, so can work with professionals looking to improve their English language skills in specific or more functional ways.
