Methodology

I approach teaching with students' individual learning styles in mind. I strongly believe students learn best when they are able to engage with subjects in meaningful and purposeful ways.
I have a Masters degree in Education, and am licensed in the state of Minnesota.

Background

I have been teaching 1st-5th grade students for 7 years. I have taught over 100 students of varying levels and demographics. I have helped students raise their reading levels by 2 grade levels, and have helped them develop a strong conceptual basis in math.
