About Ifla
I am a year 1 primary school teacher with an early years degree and an additional masters. I have immense experience from working in a private nursery to a primary school. I work in a grammar primary school with amazing background of the curriculum.

My teaching methods are quite simple and with use of the rosenshine principles that I find are the most effective way of teaching it works wonders. I use the strategy of I do we do and you do as that helps the child build on the work and their own confidence too. I find it is best to do it this way as it helps the children remember Information more better. I will be teaching primary school children.
