About Lee-Ann

Hello, I’m Lee-Ann, a professional Business English and communication coach with a background in HR, workplace development and communication. I hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, a BA in Public Administration and Communication Facilitation, and an Honours degree in Social Behavioural Studies.

Throughout my professional career, I have worked closely with people across different roles and levels of an organisation, developing strong skills in communication, interviewing, professional development and workplace relationships.

I am passionate about helping people recognise their potential and communicate with greater confidence. I bring a warm, encouraging and professional approach to my teaching, creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes and develop their skills without feeling judged.

Whether you are improving your English for career progression, preparing for an important interview, working in an international environment or simply wanting to feel more confident communicating professionally, I will support you throughout your learning journey.

About the lesson

My approach is practical, supportive and tailored to each learner’s goals. With a Level 5 TEFL qualification, a BA in Public Administration and Communication Facilitation, an Honours degree in Social Behavioural Studies and professional HR experience, I combine language development with real-world workplace communication.

Lessons focus on building confidence, fluency and accuracy through relevant conversations, vocabulary and practical activities. Depending on your goals, we can work on Business English, professional communication, meetings, presentations, interviews, workplace conversations, email writing and career-related English.

I particularly welcome professionals from Germany and other international markets who use English in their workplace or are preparing for an international career. I teach in English and welcome adult learners from intermediate to advanced levels. Each lesson is adapted to your current ability, professional environment and learning objectives, so you can immediately apply what you learn in real-life situations.
