About Julia
I began my teaching journey as a volunteer tutor for children, helping them to improve their English reading skills and comprehension in one-on-one lessons. While living in non-English speaking countries, I also worked with adults and children to practice their conversational English skills and perfect pronunciation.
I am from the US and a native English speaker who has lived abroad for nearly 4 years. I love to study and learn new languages in addition to teaching English!

Welcome to my English fluency lessons for those who want to perfect their conversational skills! There are some things that language apps just can't teach, and my lessons can help you take your knowledge to the next level. These lessons are a good fit for anyone who wants to enhance their English for professional, academic, or social settings.
I believe that learning should be fun and personalized. That's why I love to tailor lessons to your interests and needs! Together, we'll strengthen your English skills and have a great time doing it.
In our first lesson, we can discuss your goals and I will create a personal lesson plan to help you achieve them. Most lessons will center on conversation where I will offer corrections and then introduce new grammar concepts to build your fluency. Further readings or exercises to be done outside of class can be given as you please to boost your progress.
