About Cheri

Teaching was the thing I kept doing for free until it made sense to do it properly. I found myself drawn to vocal mechanics after my time at Musicians Institute Hollywood. I work with singers of all levels who feel stuck halfway through their development. I cover genre styling, warm-up exercises, diction, articulation, stage fear management, vibrato control, pitch control, harmony, mic technique, and vocal health.

It is enjoyable to watch the moment the technique finally clicks for a student. I find it deeply rewarding to witness that transformation.

About the lesson

You will hear your own voice transform during the very first warm up session as we clear away tension and reach new notes. I help you master genre styling and pitch control through a blend of technical exercises and performance practice. My background allows me to integrate DAW technology with your vocal work for a complete sound. Every student gets free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to maintain progress between our meetings.

I emphasize proper vocal health and care to ensure your instrument stays strong for years. We spend time on how to check your own work so you can troubleshoot your own sound. Is there a specific genre or style you are aiming to perform?
