Hello! I’m Jacob, an American English teacher dedicated to guiding students of all levels on their English language journey. With a CELTA certification and over five years of teaching experience, I’m fully qualified to teach English from the very beginning (A1 and A2) through intermediate (B1 PET) and B2 (FCE), and all the way up to advanced (C1 CAE) and C2 (CPE) levels. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to master the nuances of high-level English, I’m here to help you achieve fluency and confidence.
I am a CELTA-certified English teacher with over five years of experience coaching students across all proficiency levels, from A1 beginner to C2 mastery. I specialize in IELTS preparation and accent reduction, helping learners refine every aspect of their English—whether that is fluency, pronunciation, grammar, or confidence in real-world communication.
My teaching philosophy is deeply shaped by a unique blend of academic and professional backgrounds. With training in theater and criminal justice, I bring both creativity and disciplined structure into every lesson. The theater side of me helps students feel comfortable expressing themselves, using voice, emotion, and storytelling to make language come alive.
