- Body work, channeling energy, and conditioning
- Theories and Applications
- Teens to Adults
Master all 14 empty hands forms and weapons over time in required order. Must learn basics before moving to advanced forms. You will gain knowledge of how to apply the forms to work under pressure.
One hour each session. First two sessions are free. Fees are charged afterwards. ($30/hour)
