About Kira
My name is Kira and I am currently training to be a fully qualified teacher at university, whilst teaching in a specialist SEN school/college. I have lots of experience working with children with special needs and although I am fairly new to teaching I always go above and beyond within my lessons. For me, the most important thing about teaching is that it is accessible for everyone and to make sure that every student gets as much out of every lesson as possible. I am dedicated, determined and fun and I always make sure my lessons reflect this too. I am a passionate and devoted individual who enjoys passing on my knowledge to the next generation of young people and giving them all the tools they need to succeed.

The lesson will be tailored to the individual child's needs and can be altered in line with any additional adaptive teaching requirements that they may need. Lessons will be well-structured, encouraging and inclusive for all students helping them to build on existing knowledge and develop their school-led learning further. The length of the lesson is 45 minutes to an hour. I am educated up to level 4 in Fashion and textiles and up to A-level in English literature and language - currently studying a visual communications degree at university whilst teaching children with autism/adhd/dyslexia etc. Lessons available for up to level 1/2 - available for all ages studying up to this level or below.
