About Biftu
Studying law has long been a personal goal of mine, and now pursuing my Law/Commerce degree at La Trobe University feels both purposeful and rewarding.
Through my involvement in mooting and mentoring first-year mooting students, I have experienced firsthand the value of guidance, encouragement, and clear direction in academic growth.
Supporting others as they develop confidence in their thinking and expression has been incredibly fulfilling.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students recognize their capability.
Senior secondary study can feel overwhelming, and having someone who understands both the academic expectations and the personal pressures of Year 12 can make a meaningful difference.
If I can provide the kind of support I once wished for, I consider that a privilege.

I am a Law/Commerce student at La Trobe University with a strong focus on argument construction, structured writing, and exam performance.
My tutoring approach is centered on SAC and exam preparation, ensuring students not only understand the content, but know how to translate that knowledge into high-scoring responses.
I place particular emphasis on responding directly to question keywords, structuring answers effectively, and maximizing marks through precise use of the VCE marking criteria.
While curriculum mastery is essential, I also incorporate broader contextual understanding.
This includes relevant legal history, and selected film or media analysis, helping students develop deeper, more grounded insight.
My goal is to build confident, analytical writers who can think critically and perform under exam conditions.
