About Amoré
I’m passionate about helping students understand their work, improve their confidence, and reach their academic goals. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and adapted to each learner’s needs. I’ve worked with a wide range of students, including those with ADHD, and I always aim to create a calm, focused, and encouraging learning environment. I enjoy thinking outside the box, as long as it allows the student to understand the work and the student enjoys learning, it is all that matters. I’m a qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Intermediate Phase Education and over two years’ experience as both an assistant teacher and private tutor.
My teaching style is clear, patient, and adaptable. I focus on making lessons engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s pace and learning style. I’m fluent in both English and Afrikaans, and I offer lessons in either language.
Students can expect structured sessions that include a quick review, new content explained simply, interactive exercises, and regular feedback.
My lessons are aimed at Grade 4–7 learners, and I have experience working with children who have ADHD, helping them stay focused and feel supported.
