About Milla van

Hello! My name is Milla Van Niekerk, and I’m a passionate, dedicated online tutor with over two years of experience helping students grow in confidence and reach their academic goals. I specialize in English and Afrikaans, but I also teach Biology, adapting my lessons to suit different curriculums and needs. I hold a TEFL certification and am currently completing my BA in Humanities, which has deepened my understanding of people and how they learn. About the lesson

As a private tutor, I take a student-centered and flexible approach, always adjusting my teaching methods to suit each learner’s individual needs, pace, and learning style. I specialize in tutoring English and Afrikaans, but also have experience teaching Biology. I am TEFL certified and currently completing a BA in Humanities, which enhances my ability to communicate clearly and approach learning from a broad, human-focused perspective. I teach in both English and Afrikaans, and my lessons are delivered online via Zoom.
