Methodology
I base my classes first on getting to know my students and determining their strengths and weaknesses. That way I can truly focus on my lessons on shoring up those areas that need more attention. Students all learn in different ways, so it is important for me to get to know my students to determine how best to teach the material.
Background
I am a high school English and history teacher with over twenty years of experience, and I hold current certifications in both areas. I have taught thousands of students over the the last twenty years, and am particularly adept in the areas of grammar, writing and test preparation. I have helped hundreds of students improve their ACT and SAT scores with a focus on improving grammar and writing. I can help you improve in these and many other areas.
