About Megan
My name is Megan, and I am currently a freshman at UC Berkeley. I was admitted as a Comparative Literature major, but I now plan to major in Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing and Journalism.
I love learning about a wide range of subjects, but I am especially passionate about English. Writing is more than just a skill for me, it’s a lifestyle. From editing my own essays to helping refine my friends’ work, I do it all.
I am from Los Angeles, where I attended a college preparatory high school and developed a strong foundation in writing through my English courses. No matter what type of essay is presented to me, I approach it with both professionalism and personality. What I’ve learned is that the most important aspect of writing is maintaining your unique voice, and that is something I strive to preserve in every essay I write and edit.

I’ve been practicing and refining my writing skills since 5th grade. In my junior year, I participated in a Yale writing program, which later helped me gain acceptance to UC Berkeley for Comparative Literature. Throughout high school, I took every AP and Honors English course offered, excelling in all of them. I can edit any essay, help brainstorm writing ideas, and teach you how to create the perfect A+ assignment.
