About Rabia

In terms of my experience, this will be my very first time tutoring students, this might sound like a risk to take but I can assure you that I do have the ability to share my knowledge and teach students.

I have tutored students in my college for a little while as I was studying my A Levels and enjoyed the experience in helping others. I aspire to inspire children in getting an education and why it is beneficial to have knowledge by your side.

About the lesson

Hi, my name is Rabia Ahmed, l am a qualified Teacher of English and a graduate in Language and Literature. This gives me the ability to teach secondary school students, preparing them for their GCSE English exams or general tutoring in English. I have studied both of these subjects as my A-Levels. However, I will only teach English Language at AS/A Level not Literature (as I may not have not studied your module's texts and will not have time to do so with my own studies). I am happy to teach Year 5 and 6 primary school students also.

I am a friendly tutor and easy to get along with. I will try my very best to help you achieve your best ability and improve your English skills, whether that is reading or writing skills. I pursue in creating a friendly relationship with my students as well as professional.

I aim to make my lessons feel relaxed, so my students are not nervous to share their interpretations and ideas to me. I also aim to share my knowledge, help with your assignments and proof read them. I will also help clarify any questions you have and hopefully answer them for you.

As an English Teacher I hope this will benefit you as much as it will benefit me.
