About Ambrose
Hi! I'm Ambrose. I am a current student at Kings College London where I am studying for a degree in English literature. I also independently study Classics and History in my own time. For A levels I took English, History and Classics, scoring top grades in these subjects. I also wrote a 15,000-word dissertation, for which I scored an A*.
I make sure to make my lessons as clear and productive as possible, through a mixture of teaching and exercises which allows students to show me their strengths as well as areas that need working on.

During my tutoring sessions, I adopt a flexible and open approach, which changes from student to student. I am happy to help students understand and improve previous work, whilst I am also able to teach students the syllabus of their respective course. Additionally, I am able to further develop a students knowledge of a particular subject by further explaining and expanding on the topics, for students who wish to achieve the top grades.
Lessons can be as short or as long as the student wishes, although I typically recommend a minimum lesson length of 40 minutes as it gives me time to go over material covered in the last lesson, whilst also covering new content.
My lessons are perfect for students studying at GCSE or A level. I am also able to teach iGCSE and Pre-U qualifications.
