About Miranda
I’ve been a teacher for many years and love the personalised side of tutoring. School teaching is great, but sometimes people just need that 1:1 approach. Seeing somebody progress at the rates that tutoring allows is what it’s all about for me. Confidence can grow so quickly and it really does make all the difference.

As an experienced tutor, I take a personal approach rather than a one shoe fits all type method. My experience in the classroom allows me to quickly ascertain any gaps in knowledge and/or skill and then come up with a plan to rectify this. I have experience working with a variety of differing ability pupils. You may be tackling the dreaded resits, a grammar school student pushing for that grade 9 or something in between. No matter your starting place, I will be able to help you make progress and improve your knowledge.
