My approach centers on personalized, student-driven learning. I don't just deliver information; I aim to foster a deeper understanding and cultivate independent learning skills in my students.
My teaching method is highly interactive and diagnostic. I begin by assessing a student's current understanding, identifying their strengths and areas where they struggle. This allows me to tailor my instruction precisely to their needs.
My techniques include:
Socratic Questioning: I'll ask probing questions to guide students toward discovering solutions themselves. This encourages critical thinking and deeper engagement with the material.
Concept Breakdown: Complex topics are broken down into smaller, manageable chunks. We'll tackle each component systematically, ensuring a solid foundation before moving on.
Immediate and Constructive Feedback: Students receive instant feedback on their work, highlighting what they did well and providing clear, actionable suggestions for improvement.
My lessons are for students grades 6 - 12 or even college.
