I have 10 years of tutor experience and 6 years of teaching experience teaching all ages at every level. I have spent the last two years working in higher education, teaching composition at Virginia Tech. I have multiple undergraduate degrees and one graduate degree and love what I do. I have always been a sympathetic and passionate teacher. I believe in teaching you how to hone your skills as a writer, speaker, reader, etc. I am passionate and tailor my lessons to my student's skill level and need. I am enthusiastic and believe in building a good foundation and scaffolding your learning to help you reach your goals. My experience over the last 10 years working with children and adults means I can handle any issue you have. I also have experience in higher education so your academic career is as important to me as you are.
