I received my bachelor's degree in biology, graduated magna cum laude, and was awarded Outstanding Student by the faculty in my department. I've held positions with research institutions where I've been awarded sizable grants. I'm currently taking time away from science to focus on my other passions: world travel and language.

My lessons almost exclusively consist of comprehensible input. The science behind it says the best way to learn to speak a language like a native speaker is to learn without direct translation. I will learn about your interests and we will chat about them like friends while I tailor the conversation to your current understanding.
