About Aaliyah

For as long as I can remember it has been my passion to learn, help others, and create. Passing as an honor roll student with a 4.0 GPA and straight A’s are just only a couple of my academic accomplishments. More about me: I’m learning two languages and two instruments. I also enjoy singing, dancing, painting, and photography. I adore kids, so I am interested in professions such babysitting and tutoring.

About the lesson

I will be teaching reading and efficiency in writing at a high-school and below level. I teach students how to write creatively, build an effective Vocabulary, and an understanding of what they are reading. The first lesson is completely free so you have nothing to lose. I will be patient and empathetic making it easy to ask questions. I can break down complex concepts or words into simpler terms, making them easier to understand. I am passionate about teaching and genuinely care about my students' progress. I will always be prepared and organized for my tutoring lessons, ensuring that my students get the most out of their time with me. Classes will last an hour unless the student asks for more time. I will be glad to extend lessons if it means the student gets the most out of their learning experience with me.
