-Throughout my experience working with learners from different age groups, my central goal has been to adapt myself to the needs and interests of every individual and to create a receptive and inclusive learning environment.
-Through assessing students’ abilities, strengths, weaknesses and most of all, learning style, I plan their lessons accordingly. As a teacher, I aim to make my students self-sufficient learners who are not only aware of their learning styles but also take the initiative to take learning into their own hands. I also have experience preparing students for Ontario’s standardized testing which has further helped me to explore new ways to teach a set subject matter to learners with different styles to take an assessment that is highly standardized.
