I'm a writer and educator based in the north-west of England with 3 years experience as a tutor and mentor. I work with students of all ages and abilities, from Primary to Undergraduate, to maximise their potential ensuring the process is engaging and enjoyable.
Whether you're a parent wanting some extra attention to improve your child's reading skills, a student needing help preparing for your GCSEs, or an undergraduate looking to fine-tune that next summative, I can provide high-quality, tailored tuition in English from Primary to Degree level.
Alongside this, I also offer tutoring in Drama and Theatre Studies at GCSE and A-Level, Philosophy at A-Level and Undergraduate as well as study-skills such as essay writing or exam preparation in any subject.
I have a First Class BA (Hons) in English Literature and Philosophy where I specialised in Lyric Poetry, Psycho-geographical Literature, Nietzsche, and Eastern and Environmental Philosophies.
Wherever possible I teach with an interdisciplinary approach that sheds light on the links between subjects and I am especially interested in taking on students with an interest in the creative elements of English.
