About Becca
This is the first time that I am offering my skills professionally. It is a step that I have been wanting to take for a while, as I have long felt that my skills are developed enough to help other in a subject that so many struggle with. In my high school years, I often edited and aided classmates in essays for all subjects, literary analysis, and grammar. This continued into my college years. Thus, I have approximately eight years of experience in this area. I have seen those that I gave my knowledge and help to attain As on essays and related work when they were previously earning only Cs and Bs, in both high school and college. Currently, I am tutoring a high school freshman boy in his reading comprehension and essay writing.

I am a junior at Union University. I have six years of training in IEW, or Institute for Excellence in Writing, under many highly skilled professors; all of whom I worked with personally. I am experienced and adept in writing and editing essays, research, reading comprehension, creative writing, note taking, study techniques, grammar, writing etiquette, and literature analysis. This shows in the 34 I scored in both the reading and English sections of the ACT. I am willing and able to work with people of all ages, whether grade school, college, or adults. My schedule is very flexible; I have most evenings after 3:30 PM free, including weekends. My methods of instruction are individually based, and I work hard to suit your needs. I am a strong believer in positive thinking and learning, and that nothing is impossible or too difficult. I am available to give any level of assistance, even if you just need an experienced person to study with!
