About Vasa

I am a Year 10 student at Loreto Toorak. I have achieved an Academic Award with Honors for the last 3 years and I am in the top 3% of my year level. I am a very kind person who genuinely enjoys tutoring and helping others achieve. I'm very personable, patient and thorough.

About the lesson

My lessons are for students from primary school to Year 9. I tailor my tutoring to the student's needs and am heavily invested in achieving the student's objectives. I have a number of years of experience tutoring. A lesson will typically last from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student's choice, although they can also last longer.

We have had a wonderful experience with Vasa as our tutor. From the very beginning, Vasa has been patient, supportive, and dedicated to helping our child build confidence. She explains concepts clearly and effectively, adapting her teaching style to suit our child’s learning needs. Her lessons are always engaging and productive.

We have noticed a significant improvement in both understanding and confidence, and our child genuinely looks forward to each tutoring session. Vasa is reliable, encouraging, and truly cares about helping students achieve their goals. We would highly recommend Vasa to any family looking for a knowledgeable and caring tutor.

I know Vasa through community volunteer work. I am President of the Hellenic Women’s Federation of Victoria. Vasa has volunteered with us. Vasa showed maturity beyond her years, is extremely intelligent, and is intuitively emotionally intelligent. I found Vasa to take initiative and take instructions extremely well. She actually coordinated the other student volunteers, a role that she gravitated to. Her peers found her to be an excellent leader and very collaborative. I would recommend Vasa for any role associating/helping people as she explains things very simply and calmly. Her patience is outstanding. Overall, Vasa is a mature, well-mannered, extremely intelligent, and very patient person.
